شرایط و ضوابط استفاده از شبکه فانوس 

پذیرش شرایط

با عضویت در شبکه فانوس، شما می‌پذیرید که از قوانین این پلتفرم و قوانین جاری کشور محل اقامت خود پیروی کنید. هدف ما ایجاد محیطی امن و حمایتی برای مهاجرین ایرانی است.

شرایط عضویت

کاربران باید اطلاعات خود را به صورت واقعی ثبت کنند.

هر کاربر مسئول حفظ امنیت حساب کاربری خود است.

شبکه فانوس حق تایید یا رد عضویت‌ها را برای حفظ سلامت جامعه خود محفوظ می‌دارد.

محتوای تولید شده توسط کاربران

انتشار هرگونه محتوای توهین‌آمیز، نژادپرستانه، یا خلاف قوانین عمومی ممنوع است.

درخواست‌های کمک باید واقعی و با نیت همیاری ثبت شوند.

مسئولیت صحت اطلاعات ارائه شده در پروفایل‌ها و درخواست‌ها بر عهده خود کاربر است.

سلب مسئولیت 

شبکه فانوس صرفاً یک پلتفرم برای اتصال مهاجرین به یکدیگر است و هیچ‌گونه مسئولیت حقوقی یا مالی در قبال توافقات بین کاربران، معاملات یا کیفیت خدمات همیاران ندارد.

توصیه می‌شود کاربران قبل از برقراری ارتباطات حضوری یا مالی، جوانب احتیاط را رعایت کنند.

تغییرات در خدمات

ما مجاز هستیم در هر زمان، برای بهبود عملکرد شبکه، تغییراتی در ویژگی‌ها یا دسترسی‌های اپلیکیشن و سایت ایجاد کنیم.

• Fanoos Network reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

• Fanoos Network is a facilitation platform and does not employ, recommend, or endorse any specific user or service provider.

• We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or interactions between users.

• Users are encouraged to exercise caution and perform their own due diligence before meeting or engaging in financial transactions with others.
